These Terms govern use of borgenhub.com and BORGEN products or services made available through one-time purchases, subscriptions, licenses, trials, interest lists or BORGEN Lab engagements.
1. Product status
BORGEN clearly distinguishes commercially available products from launch-packaging, in-development, planned and interest-list concepts. An unfinished function is not sold as available.
2. Purchases and external checkout
Commercial product pages show the applicable offer and pricing. The final checkout may be provided by a third-party merchant of record or marketplace, including Freemius or Notion Marketplace. Where a third party is seller or merchant of record, its buyer, payment, tax, cancellation and refund terms also apply to that transaction.
3. Digital products
Templates, spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation and other digital files are licensed, not transferred as intellectual property. The separate Digital Product License forms part of these Terms for applicable products.
4. Revit software
Paid Revit access may require an active subscription, supported Autodesk Revit/Windows versions and license activation. Initial plans may be limited to one authorized computer. Trial duration starts at activation, not merely when an interest or request form is submitted.
5. Professional responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing drawings, model changes, schedules, quantities, specifications and other outputs before professional reliance. BORGEN tools assist workflows and do not replace professional judgment, project QA, code review or contractual responsibilities.
6. Prohibited use
You may not intentionally bypass licensing controls, share access beyond permitted limits, redistribute paid files or restricted installers, remove ownership notices, resell BORGEN products as your own, or reproduce substantial protected content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
7. Compatibility, updates and availability
Requirements and supported versions are stated on the relevant product page. BORGEN may issue fixes, updates and security changes. Planned or interest-list concepts may change or be discontinued before commercial release.
8. Refunds and cancellations
See the Refund Policy and, where applicable, the checkout provider’s buyer terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
9. Law, complaints and contact
BORGEN is operated from Peru. Mandatory rights that apply to a protected customer are not waived. Consumers may use the Complaints Book. Other questions may be sent to borgenhub.team@gmail.com.
