Unless a product page states a different license, BORGEN digital templates and downloadable files are provided under this single-customer license.
1. Permitted use
You may use and adapt the purchased files for your own professional or business workflows and for projects you are legitimately working on. You may create project outputs using the product.
2. No redistribution or resale
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to template/file-sharing repositories, publicly share the editable source files, or package a BORGEN product as your own product or service deliverable.
3. Team use
A purchase does not automatically create an unlimited multi-user or enterprise license. If a product needs broader studio/team distribution, use the license terms shown on its product page or contact BORGEN for the appropriate arrangement.
4. Ownership
BORGEN retains ownership of its original product design, structure, documentation, branding and protected source materials. Your project data and client information remain yours.
5. Third-party platforms
Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Autodesk Revit and other third-party products are governed by their own licenses and terms. Purchasing BORGEN does not include a paid license to those third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
