This Privacy Policy explains how BORGEN.HUB handles personal information when you browse the website, buy or request a product, join an interest list, submit a BORGEN Lab inquiry, request a Revit trial, contact support or use the Complaints Book.
1. Data controller
BORGEN.HUB is operated from Peru. Privacy requests may be sent to borgenhub.team@gmail.com.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the service, we may process contact details, company or professional information, product selections, order/support information, workflow descriptions, consent records, complaint details and technical licensing data such as product version, activation status and a device or installation identifier.
3. Why we use it
- To provide products, trials, licensing, downloads, updates and support.
- To respond to product-interest and BORGEN Lab inquiries.
- To process purchases, refunds, cancellations, tax/accounting records and consumer complaints.
- To protect BORGEN products from unauthorized access or redistribution.
- To send optional marketing only when the required permission exists.
4. Commerce and service providers
BORGEN may use third parties for hosting, email, analytics/security, file delivery, software licensing, checkout and merchant-of-record services. Launch channels are expected to include Hostinger/WordPress, Freemius for eligible digital/software products and Notion Marketplace for Notion templates. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
5. International processing
Some providers may process information outside Peru. BORGEN limits data sharing to what is reasonably necessary for the service and applies the notices and safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Browser storage and cookies
The pre-launch cart uses local browser storage to remember selected items on the same device. Production analytics, payment or security services may use cookies or similar technologies; the live notice will reflect the services actually enabled at launch.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, legal, accounting, support, security or dispute-resolution purpose. BORGEN uses reasonable administrative and technical controls but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Updates
